Train 2.0 Platform ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Last updated July 21, 2026.
What we collect
- Account data email, name, profile photo, account identifier, and profile preferences you provide or authorize at sign-up.
- Usage data lessons you watch, progress checkpoints, coach conversations, feedback submissions you upload.
- Billing data handled by Stripe and Thinkific. We only store a customer identifier and subscription status; card details never touch our servers.
- Newsletter and welcome emails handled by Beehiiv. When you submit a newsletter form, we share your email and any UTM parameters from that form. When you create a new account, we may share your email and first name to deliver the Free Training welcome series. You can unsubscribe from those emails at any time.
- Coach lead inquiries when you fill out the coach connection form, your name, email, phone (optional), and message are emailed to our support team.
- Text message preferences your mobile phone number, consent status, the opt-in method and disclosure version, and your opt-out history when you voluntarily join Train 2.0 text updates.
- Anonymous session replay data page layout, clicks, scrolling, navigation, and a coarse viewport size. All text and input values are masked, images and media are blocked, page query strings and dynamic identifiers are removed, and we do not store names, emails, raw IP addresses, or user-agent strings in these recordings. Replays are stored in our own Supabase project and deleted after 30 days.
Google sign-in
If you choose Sign in with Google, Google provides your email address, name, profile photo, and Google account identifier to Supabase, our authentication provider. We store this account data in Supabase to authenticate you, create and maintain your Train 2.0 Platform profile, and protect access to your account.
We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, contacts, or other Google content. We do not sell Google sign-in data or use it for personalized advertising.
How we use it
- To authenticate your account and maintain your member profile.
- To deliver the training programs, AI coach, and video feedback you subscribed to.
- To improve the platform using anonymous engagement metrics from Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and our self-hosted session replay system.
- To communicate newsletters, lesson reminders, and lead notifications via Beehiiv and Resend.
- To deliver coach conversations, camp logistics, scheduling, and account text messages when you opt in.
Who we share with
Only the processors we need to run the service: Supabase (authentication, account storage, and anonymous session replay storage), Stripe and Thinkific (billing), Beehiiv (email newsletters), Resend (transactional email), Twilio (text message delivery), Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (analytics). We never sell your data.
Text messaging privacy
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties. We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Twilio acts as our service provider solely to deliver and operate the messaging service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.
Your rights
You can export, edit, or delete your account at any time by emailing support@train2point0.com. Deletion removes your profile, uploads, and coach history within 14 days.
